Multi-Tier Framework is term defined as how to measure amount of energy and ways to access it. It involves all the parameters not just the presence of energy but also accessibility , affordability of energy.

Energy Trilemma Dimensions is the three parameter to definr the future of the energy namely: energy security , energy sustainbility , energy equity.

similarities : There are no direct similarity between both but there is indirect one. For example Energy Trilemma Dimensions shows how enegy in any country is affordable , how it has security of future and how it is sustainable for environment and all these parameter dierctly affect how we measure energy like accessibility , affordability etc in Multi-Tier Framework as parameter, so both of them are interlinked.
